Early exposure to development processes and architectural practice gradually led Harshal towards a deeper engagement with redevelopment and advisory roles. As cities such as Pune and Mumbai began witnessing increasing redevelopment activity, it became evident that many projects required more than architectural expertise alone. They required clarity of process, practical evaluation of feasibility and ability to guide diverse stakeholders towards informed decisions. Over time, this led to a pratice that combines architecture with redevelopment advisory and design management.
