About Me.

Redevelopment is often viewed as a technical or real estate process. In reality, it is a decision that shapes communities, assets and neighbourhoods for decades.

My journey began in architecture, but over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the broader questions surrounding redevelopment. Why do some projects move forward smoothly while others struggle? How can societies make informed decisions amidst competing interests and complex regulations? What role do trust and stakeholder alignment play in shaping outcomes? These questions continue to guide my work today.

Building Experience
Over Time

Over the years, I have worked across architecture, redevelopment advisory and development processes in Maharashtra. Through this experience, I have come to believe that successful redevelopment depends as much on people, communication and clarity as it does on planning, design and financial feasibility. From housing societies to project stakeholders, my role is often to help navigate complexity, create alignment and support decisions that remain meaningful and viable over the long term.

Graduated as an Architect from Savitribai Phule Pune University

Design Head with Aniruddha Vaidya and Associates

Gained valuable hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, and construction management, developing a practical understanding of architectural design implementation.

2006 – 2011

Senior Associate at Anniruddha Vaidya and Associates

Played a key role in leading architectural projects, managing client relationships, and delivering design solutions across a diverse range of residential, commercial, and institutional developments.

2011 Onwards

Founder at E Group Architecture

Established E Group Architecture with a vision to create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling spaces, successfully leading numerous projects across various sectors.

2022 Onwards

Partner at Nilay Sarathi

Joined Nilay Sarathi as a Partner, contributing strategic design leadership and extensive industry experience to drive innovative architectural and development initiatives.
